Governance Row is a Singapore RegTech built for one job: AI governance for regulated financial institutions. Its platform is the system of record that regulatory expectations now demand, from register to regulator.
The occasion is concrete. MAS's proposed AI Risk Management Guidelines set out what every licensed firm will be expected to show: a live inventory of every AI use case, a materiality rating for each on impact, complexity and reliance, controls proportionate to those ratings, evidence behind every control, and board-level accountability for all of it. The consultation closed in January 2026, MAS has told Parliament the Guidelines will be finalised soon, and the consultation paper proposes a 12-month transition. A record of this kind cannot be assembled retroactively.
