UNITECH DATA LAB is a Singapore-based RegTech company, established in 2025, that builds data and regulatory technology for financial institutions. Our flagship product, UDIP (Unified Data Intelligence Platform), brings data ingestion, data quality, data lineage, governance and regulatory reporting together on one modern, cloud-native platform.
UDIP helps banks and financial institutions modernise legacy reporting systems and meet regulatory requirements such as Basel III, BCBS 239 and IFRS 9. It includes advanced analytics for Expected Credit Loss (ECL), scenario analysis and stress testing, all on a lakehouse architecture with end-to-end lineage and governance.
