Golden Acacia Capital Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated fund management company, established on 30 April 2025 and licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) with a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence on 1 July 2026. The Company has only recently commenced its fund management activities following the issuance of its CMS licence. As such, the funds currently reflected in the Company's bank account consist solely of shareholder capital and/or loans from external lenders provided to support the Company's establishment, regulatory capital requirements and operating expenses. These are corporate funds of the Company and do not constitute Assets Under Management (AUM), as the Company has not yet commenced managing client assets.
