BELLS Institute of Higher Learning is an established Private Education Institute in Singapore, committed to equipping individuals and organisations with industry-relevant skills for the future economy.
We are an approved training organisation with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), and are also an appointed CET Programme Partner with SSG. Over the years, BELLS has built a strong presence in workforce development, offering training across a wide range of areas including technology, digital skills, AI, business, and fintech-related programmes.
Today, BELLS trains approximately 3,000 learners a month and is supported by a team of more than 300 staff, reflecting our scale, capability, and commitment to delivering quality learning outcomes.
As Singapore’s economy continues to evolve, BELLS is growing its focus in the finance and fintech space. Our vision is to play a meaningful role in supporting the development of finance and fintech talent by offering practical, industry-relevant training that helps learners and professionals stay future-ready. We are keen to deepen our contribution in areas such as fintech, digital finance, financial technology innovation, and related professional upskilling pathways, while working closely with industry stakeholders to strengthen Singapore’s financial ecosystem.
We believe that joining the Singapore FinTech Association will enable BELLS to contribute more actively to the fintech community, build stronger partnerships with industry players, and further support the growth of a skilled and future-ready fintech workforce in Singapore.
